Complimentary Trial Offer

Here's how the Trial Offer works: Your 30-day complimentary Trial Period begins on the day you receive your package. Use the package -- the Formulas, the Doctor's HotLine, BioSlim support, everything. Go for it! We know you'll be thrilled with this all-natural, very powerful, health-building weight loss breakthrough! In the unlikely event you are not satisfied, you may return your complete package within the Trial Period and not be charged for the product at all. Returns must include all items received [printed material, tapes, disks, carrying cases, bottles (even if they're empty), etc.] and must be shipped before the end of the Trial Period. Note: The Free Trial Offer does not include shipping and handling fees, which are always collected prior to shipment and are not refundable.

The Trial Offer is limited to one package per household. Any additional Kit order from the same household will be converted to a regular final sale (also see Please Note: Limitations section below).

Instructions on return procedures and policies are included on a special Return Rules & Procedures card in every kit. Before any return, an Authorization & Return Tracking Number ("RTN") must be obtained, along with the correct Return Address, by calling our Returns Center, the toll-free number for which is included in your kit. To be credited for a return and receive the waiver of product charges after your trial period, you must follow these instructions.

Guarantee

Any regular purchase (i.e., not a trial offer) of a Complete BioSlim Kit or Family Pack comes with a 30-day money-back product guarantee, under the terms herein. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it for a full refund of the amount paid for the product (less S&H). Returns must be shipped before the end of the first 30 days after shipment was received, and must include all items received [printed material, tapes, disks, bottles (even if they're empty), carrying cases, etc.] If payment was made by credit card, that credit card will be credited. If payment was made by check or money order or electronic check transfer ("ECT", aka "check by phone"), the refund will be issued by mailed check or by ECT.

Instructions on return procedures and policies are included on a special Return Rules & Procedures card in every kit. Please Note: Limitations

Refill orders of BioSlim Formulas and all other products, including Club shipments, are guaranteed for quality and accuracy only. If there is any such problem with a shipment, please contact BioSlim Customer Service and we will gladly and immediately help. In all other cases, such refill orders (defined as any order that is not a Complete Kit or Family KitPack) are considered final sales, and may not be returned.

The Trial Offer and Guarantee described here apply to single, first-time purchases of a Complete Kit, Family Pack, or 2-Adult Special -- not to any other product purchases. If you order more than one Kit, or if you previously purchased a BioSlim Kit and then order another one, neither the Guarantee nor the Free Trial Offer will apply to any purchase beyond the first one, and all such secondary sales will be considered final and non-refundable. Note: The Trial Offer may be purchased only with a credit card.

Return Procedures

Instructions on return procedures are included in every Complete Kit (Adult or Youth). Look for the card titled "Return Rules & Procedures", which has a special sticker on it. The required toll-free telephone number for obtaining your Return Tracking Number and Return Address is provided on that card. Note: BioSlim's Return Procedures must be followed in order for you to properly receive any refund or waiver of charges under the Free Trial Offer. If you return any product to an address other than the correct Return Address, or if you return any product without first obtaining a Return Tracking Number, you will not be entitled to a refund or a waiver of charges under the Free Trial Offer.

Order Cancellations

Regarding order cancellation prior to shipping: We will make every effort to help any customer who wishes to cancel a placed order; however, BioSlim cannot guarantee that any such order can be successfully canceled prior to shipment.
