Order Line or Service Line goes to voicemail?

• If your call goes to voicemail, then either all our representatives are helping other customers, or the order/service line is closed. Please check our hours of operation (above); if you are calling after hours, please call back when we're open — OR leave a voicemail message with your contact info (and detailed request, if feasible).
• Messages left on our voicemail will be answered ASAP — usually on the same day. If you've requested a change to your account (Club setting, address, billing, etc.), we will verify that change with you, either by phone or email.
• NOTE: It's important to include your call-back telephone number in any voicemail message you leave. If possible, also include your email address, as that is very useful for confirming requests and sending notifications.
