How the BioSlim Weight Loss Discount Club Works
Club membership is FREE. You can cancel or change your membership anytime (at no charge). You become a Discount Club Member by simply arranging for automatic monthly delivery of any BioSlim product(s) - either on the left side of this page, or by contacting Customer Service, or by mail or fax if you prefer (see below). You will begin enjoying all Club membership benefits IMMEDIATELY, including:

Please read the following before submitting your request:
- I will receive automatic shipments of the items entered on this page, according to the shipping schedule I request, and receive my deep discounts on all eligible BioSlim and Medicus purchases.
- I will receive all other Club member benefits effective immediately, as available, including free MyBioSlim web access.
- My First Club Shipment will be processed according to the schedule chosen in Step 2 on the left.
- I can always change my order, schedule, form of payment, or cancel my membership altogether - by simply contacting Customer Service (see right column).
